organic-os

Free and open source · MIT · A Claude plugin

An always-on organic growth team for your website

organic-os watches your search and AI-answer performance, proposes work with reasoning you can audit, and applies verified changes to WordPress. You approve every change. It learns from every outcome.

No server. No database. No accounts. No scraping. Runs on your Claude subscription.

The loop is the product

OBSERVEGA4 · GSC · citations DECIDEsignals → work items APPROVEyou, on your channel APPLYgated WordPress writes VERIFYchecked on the live page LEARNoutcomes → skillbook

Point-in-time audit tools stop at the report. organic-os runs every day, remembers what happened last time, and compounds a per-site playbook entry by entry. Every proposal carries its reasoning and a test for being wrong.

The site you are reading is the demo

A live WordPress install operated by organic-os. Every change it ships is logged in public with its measured outcome, failures included.

Three modules, one install

head-of-organic

Observes and decides. GA4, GSC, keyword intelligence, AI-citation tracking, competitor intel, eight specialist agents. Works without WordPress.

onsite-optimizer

Audits any public page with zero credentials. With WordPress connected, applies approved fixes: verified after every write, rollback-capable.

content-engine

Approved brief in, publish-ready draft out: research, brand voice, SEO and authority pass, editorial QA, optional featured image.

Gated in code, not by convention

Every write requires a recorded approval: who decided, when, through which channel. A hand-edited status still fails the gate. Do not take that on faith: scripts/verify-gates.sh red-teams the gates on your own machine and prints pass or fail per probe. How the gates work

Honest about the evidence

Every tactic is labeled by evidence strength, with sources. Schema markup shows no measured AI-citation lift in controlled testing; llms.txt sees near-zero AI-bot traffic. The docs say so. See what works

How it compares

Complements, not rivals. organic-os credits and interoperates with these tools.
