How this works
This WordPress install is operated by the organic-os plugin, with a human (Shivaa Tripathi) approving every change through the plugin’s own gates, on daily, weekly, and monthly routines since 19 July 2026. Every change follows the loop: signal, reasoned proposal, human decision, applied and verified change, measured outcome. The research behind the tactics is on the what-works page.
One hard rule governs this page: if a change to this site does not appear in the work log below, organic-os did not make it. Entries awaiting their measurement window carry an open falsifiability clause: every proposal states, in writing, how we would know it was wrong.
The corollary is worth stating plainly, because it explains gaps in the log. This site is also edited by hand – design work, copy, new pages, infrastructure. Those changes are deliberately absent here, because organic-os did not make them and this page only claims what it did. So a quiet stretch in the log means the loop shipped nothing in that window, not that the site stood still.
